Swift Strike Pest Media provides pay-per-qualified-lead marketing services to pest control operators. Specific deliverables, pricing, replacement guarantees, and service levels are defined in a separate written agreement between you and Swift Strike Pest Media.

3. Lead Quality & Replacement

We replace any invalid records (disconnected numbers, out-of-area contacts, or duplicate submissions) per the terms of your service agreement. Replacement is your sole remedy for invalid leads.

4. Payment

Fees are billed as agreed in your service order. Late payments may result in suspension of lead delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt our systems, scrape our content, or use lead data in violation of applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including copy, branding, and design — is owned by Swift Strike Pest Media and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes from delivered leads.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Strike Pest Media's total liability arising from your use of the Site or services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
